The shipping, packing and packaging costs are CHF 9.- per order.

Curtain rails and rods

For curtain rails and curtain poles, you will find the delivery costs on the respective product page.

Curtains

Custom-made curtains are sewn individually for you. Assembly and delivery take approx. 2-5 weeks.

Curtain accessories

We usually have curtain accessories such as curtain rails and curtain poles in stock and will ship them to you within 1-2 working days.

Shipping within Switzerland and to the Principality of Liechtenstein is carried out by Swiss Post as PostPac Priority.

Curtain accessories

Curtain accessories can be returned to our dispatch center in their original packaging within ten days of receipt. Please enclose the invoice number and the reason for the return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the returned goods are not in perfect hygienic condition. In such a case, the customer shall bear the costs for the return shipment.

Curtains

Custom-made curtains are made to measure for you and therefore cannot be returned. You are welcome to order free fabric samples in advance to convince yourself of the high quality.

Defects

If there are defects in the delivered goods, we will either remedy the defect or provide a replacement delivery within a reasonable period of time.

If we are unable to do so, you have the right to cancel the purchase or reduce the purchase price.
