How is it possible that your curtains are so cheap?
easyCurtain is a purely online company. We deliberately refrain from curtain shutters or a home consultation.
We also have an extremely reduced range, which reduces handling and storage costs to a minimum.
This website is the main source of support during or after ordering. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail.
Important: Although we are almost exclusively available online, we never leave you out in the rain. It is important to us that you are happy with your new curtains.
Are your curtain fabrics from the Far East?
No. All our curtain fabrics are woven to the highest quality in Germany. Although this costs us a little more in purchasing, the quality is better, which leads to fewer complaints and fewer rejects.
Are the curtains produced so cheaply at the expense of the environment?
No. Not at all. We do almost everything possible to offer you high-quality curtains at attractive prices with minimal environmental impact.

How do I find out which curtain gliders I need?
In each product detail you will find instructions to find out which are the correct curtain gliders.
99.9% of them will probably be MAXI gliders.
Do you also offer other fabrics and types of clothing?
No. We deliberately limit ourselves to the existing range.
This is the only way we can keep our processes lean and our prices low for you.
How do I measure curtain height and width correctly?
You can find our simple measuring instructions here.
Can I have fabric samples in advance?
Yes! Very much so.
You can order a free fabric sample of any curtain model and any color in advance. Simply select the desired curtain model and add the corresponding colors to the shopping cart.
Can I reorder individual curtains or tracks?
Sure! As our products are absolute bestsellers, they will continue to be manufactured for a long time to come.
How can I pay for the order?
easyCurtain offers you a variety of secure payment methods.

Can I change my order at a later date?
If you only placed your order 1-2 days ago, we can still change it in most cases. Please send us your change request as precisely as possible (this means: order number, item number, new dimensions, new fabric, etc.) using the contact form at the bottom.
Will I be informed about the shipment?
Yes. We inform you proactively by e-mail about every single step in your order.

How long are the delivery times?
Curtains
Custom-made curtains are sewn individually for you. Assembly and delivery take approx. 2-5 weeks.
Curtain accessories
We usually have curtain accessories such as curtain rails and curtain poles in stock and will ship them to you within 1-2 working days.
How high are the delivery costs?

The shipping, packing and packaging costs are CHF 9.- per order.

Can I return old curtains to you?
Unfortunately, there is still no suitable process in the world for recycling textiles.
Therefore, from our point of view, it makes little sense for you to send us your old curtains.
Care
At how many degrees can the curtains be washed?
The curtains should not be washed at temperatures warmer than 30°C.

Do I have to iron the curtains after washing?
All curtain fabrics are extremely easy to care for.
Normally you can hang them up semi-damp and the creases will disappear automatically after a while.

Are the curtains shrinking?
All curtain fabrics are extremely easy to care for.
They will not shrink if washed properly.

Are the curtains pre-washed so that they don't shrink?
All curtain fabrics are made of 100% polyester.
Pre-washing is therefore not necessary.

How long is the warranty
Unless otherwise stated, the warranty period is two years.
Are the curtains vegan?
Yes, we do not use any animal products in the manufacture of our curtains.
Can I return the products?
The goods must be returned to our dispatch center within ten days of receipt in the original packaging, stating the invoice number and the reason for the return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the returned goods are not in perfect hygienic condition. If the customer provides us with evidence of defects in the delivered goods, we shall either remedy the defects or provide a replacement delivery within a reasonable period of time. If we are unable to do so, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase or reduce the purchase price. The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the customer.
