Custom-made curtains<\/a> are sewn individually for you. Assembly and delivery take approx. 2-5 weeks.<\/p>\n

Curtain accessories<\/h3>\n

We usually have curtain accessories such as curtain rails and curtain poles in stock and will ship them to you within 1-2 working days.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Shipping service provider”]Shipping within Switzerland and to the Principality of Liechtenstein is carried out by Swiss Post as PostPac Priority.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Returns”]<\/p>\n

Curtain accessories<\/h3>\n

Curtain accessories can be returned to our dispatch center in their original packaging within ten days of receipt. Please enclose the invoice number and the reason for the return.<\/p>\n

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the returned goods are not in perfect hygienic condition. In such a case, the customer shall bear the costs for the return shipment.<\/p>\n

Curtains<\/h3>\n

Custom-made curtains<\/a> are made to measure for you and therefore cannot be returned. You are welcome to order free fabric samples in advance to convince yourself of the high quality.<\/p>\n

Defects<\/h3>\n

If there are defects in the delivered goods, we will either remedy the defect or provide a replacement delivery within a reasonable period of time.<\/p>\n

If we are unable to do so, you have the right to cancel the purchase or reduce the purchase price.<\/p>\n
